My name is Lydia Marie Corbett, and this is my blog Oheyart!
Oheyart is a combination art journal and social commentary of Lydia Corbett.
Art throughout history has always had a huge impact on culture, people, and even politics in society, so I thought I could bring some inspiration to you all through showcasing a bit of everything.
I like to highlight popular as well as the not-so-well-known work from artists, performers, photographers, and musicians from around the world. I also love to try out new products and share a little slice of my human experience
And of course, I’ll add my own person illustration and opinion into the mix every once in a while~
I am an artist and love to draw, paint, and create as much as I can. I am also extremely into music and the performing arts.
I am a freelance graphic designer and illustrator currently In my spare time, I like to hang out with my cat Tolouse, listen to some good vibes, scroll on instagram and tumblr for inspiration, practice my Oboe, and explore around the city. Recieving my B.B.A. in Marketing in Spring of 2017, I will always be a proud Alumna of Howard University.
